As I begin the next Chapter in my Career; I have made the leap from employee to Business Owner and am now working as an independent contractor. I have been working with SAP SuccessFactors since 2008 in several capacities: • Initially I was a Customer of SAP SuccessFactors, as the system owner I implemented and maintained the system and gained a tremendous amount of knowledge of how Organizations can leverage the strength of SAP SuccessFactors. • My passion grew to a point where I felt that I must share my knowledge with other organizations, and I entered into the consulting world as a certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. • After implementing several SAP SuccessFactors modules I became the Practice Director for IN-RGY helping to lead a team of highly skilled consultants make a real difference for organizations across Canada, the US and globally. • The Next phase of my SAP SuccessFactors journey came as the part of the Business Development team at IN-RGY to grow existing and to help new organizations use SAP SuccessFactors Throughout my entire career I have clearly demonstrated my passion for SAP SuccessFactors, and I know that I will be able to share this passion with several more organizations during this next phase of my career. I have a dedicated ERP Transformation project for the next several months and I have some interesting ideas on how to further help system users, system owners and their organizations make better use of the system; stay tuned for further updates on these ideas that I hope to share shortly!
