If a T-shaped marketer is someone with a broad range of skills and deep expertise in one area, I guess you can call me a comb-shaped marketer, because here’s what’s in my toolbox: I craft marketing strategies- positioning and messaging - branding and visual identity - digital marketing - content I produce websites- UX design - UI / graphic design - copywriting - video production - HTML/CSS - integrate web services - lead the dev team I launch digital marketing campaigns- Google Search & Display Network - Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)- cross-channel remarketing I analyze results & optimize for conversions- campaigns - funnels I could get a job tomorrow doing any one of the tasks above, but I’d be bored. I’d rather face a horde of challenges, armed with nothing but a blank canvas and a black hole where the marketing strategy should be. Startups and new ventures are where I provide maximum value, because I can wear every hat in the marketing closet. Basically, if it can be sold on the internet, I can bring it to market. I’ve been at this since 1996 and have notched over 150 sites in my web-dev belt. My clients hail from across the industry spectrum: B2C and B2B. I don’t focus on any one niche, because good marketing works in any niche. I’m also a pretty good whistler - which isn’t too common either.
