With over 20 years of work experience in various fields, I am a versatile and adaptable leader who can thrive in any environment and across generations. Leading people just out of college and seasoned executives alike, I am able to connect with and develop across a broad spectrum of ages, experience and educational levels. I have a strong background in Engineering and SaaS, and I am passionate about creating positive and lasting impact through innovative solutions and collaborative teamwork. As the Chief Operating Officer at CourtReserve, I led all operations and managed the executive leadership team, ensuring that we deliver the best online reservation system for courts and clubs. During my time we saw sustained growth and hit all of our financial goals. I helped build all of our teams and oversaw all hiring during my tenure. In my previous role as the Customer Success Leader at CourtReserve, I led all customer facing support and managed all US based employees. I served on the executive leadership team for the duration of my position, and contributed to the growth and success of the company. I leveraged my skills in communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building to provide exceptional service and satisfaction to our clients, and to empower and motivate our staff. At my heart I'm a connector of people and care deeply about helping people realize their full potential. I genuinely want to have people's backs, finish the job, and have fun.
