Based on my love for cars and being handed down that love from my father I became involved with a lifetime love affair with the Automotive industry as a whole.Through the years I have been a Automotive Technician, Service Advisor, Service, Manager, Automotive Salesman and an F&I Sales Manager. My love for the Automotive industry has presented me with many opportunities that have moved me to areas responsible for building a very broad career in the Automotive industry. I have been able to segue that knowledge into a my current career of the SAAS, DMS, Training, Support, Sale and Application, and build life long friendships in the Automotive Dealership World, with Auto/Mate. an industry leader second to none in Customer Service. Throughout the years I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best people in the industry. Having been exposed to the best business practices, strong ethical and people caring skills during our Covid Pandemic, and many years prior I have built an experienced based knowledge of the industry that I am proud of. Having been a team member, manager, adviser, consultant through these years, has given me the skills to have constructive conversations throughout the dealership to help better the processes for each department. I have the ability to reduce the complicated to the simple, helping others understand and overcome any concerns and to move forward with confidence to resolve. Today I use my skills in product implementation, training, consultive sales throughout the DMS application, helping to build a customers footprint in this awesome industry to better their business and their presence for their employees and customers.
