As a Vice President Chief Business Strategist at Benefit Recovery, I leverage my 10+ years of experience in operational leadership, business strategy, and customer success management to create win-win scenarios for the company and its clients. I champion the use of emerging technology, such as hybrid cloud computing, to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve reporting. I also lead the design and implementation of strategic programs and frameworks that align with the company's vision and objectives. Before joining Benefit Recovery, I was an Executive Consultant at DS Consulting Services, where I headed a complex digital transformation project for a portfolio of 10 business entities. I successfully finalized contracts, minimized risks, pioneered a new security profile, and fully aligned the IT, HR, and finance departments with the cloud-based solutions. I have a strong background in engineering and management, and I am passionate about solving problems, developing partnerships, and delivering value to customers. I am also the owner of my own company, where I provide project management, coaching, mentorship, and complex problem solutioning for long-term client success.
