About Doug Steindl

I've been fortunate enough to be with Sub Zero for 30 years. I've seen our product development lab grow from the infancy stages with very little capability into a full grown facility that is housed in a building with many of the capabilities we have on our shop floors, with few exceptions. Due to Sub Zero's dedication to product development we've cut our development time down tremendously which allows us to stay ahead of the competition and release products to market very quickly. I couldn't do it without a great support staff and the monetary support shown by upper management. Everybody is on board and dedicated to putting out the very best appliances money can buy. I recently completed my SME Certification in Additive Manufacturing. Additive Mfg(3D Printing) is an exciting field right now as new advances are made every day. I'm fortunate and very happy to be involved in it. I continue to investigate what new technologies may be the next great fit to bring in house which will continue to push the speed to market window.
