About Doug Wing

Doug Wing has over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, sales, sales leadership, and executive management. He was a Co-owner and Vice Chairman at Little Giant Ladder Systems before retiring in 2019. Doug was a member of the senior management team that helped grow Little Giant to more than $200 Million per year in sales revenue; making Little Giant Ladders the 3rd largest ladder company in the world. In the last 5 years of his career with Little Giant, Doug oversaw the cable and telecom industry, and was responsible for more than $150 million in sales revenue. He worked at Little Giant for 45 years with his father, and other family members. In 2020 he co-founded Boar Investment Group. Boar’s businesses include multi-family real estate and property management. In 2022 he realesed his first book “Giant Success”. In 2022 he also released his second book “The Giver”. They have both been Amazon best sellers. He serves on the board of directors of The Honoring Heroes Foundation, a charitable organization that helps fallen police officers and their families. He is engaged to Hayde (pronounced Heidi) Baladjay (pronounced Balad - hi) from the Philippines. He has served two missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He enjoys riding motorcycles, playing golf, reading, and fitness. He also enjoys collecting cars and motorcycles. He was born in Schwaigern Germany. He lives Phoenix, Arizona.
