I have a strong sense of fairness and integrity and believe that a sense of humour is invaluable in all situations (social or workplace). An experienced employment services professional with over several years in this industry. Coming from a corporate background, I have extensive experience in people management. By being honest, fair, inclusive and valuing staff and client contributions, I am able to ensure effective teamwork. Currently I develop and facilitate employment related workshops including resumes, networking, and mock one-on-interview preparation/evaluation which enables clients to further polish up their interview skills. Helping clients recognize the unique abilities and skills that make them successful in their future employment goals is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I have a B.A. in Psychology and am certified in Strong Interest Inventory, True Colours; Life Skills; Dealing with Hostile Situations and Due Diligence. Personally, I am lucky to have a strong network of friends with whom to enjoy music, movies, and socializing (dining in or out)
