Seasoned executive with more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in implementing cultural transformations, building high-performing management teams, and working effectively with boards in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Having served in positions as CEO, President, EVP, CMO and CFO, I understand the complex nature of executive roles in today’s business environment. Certified and trained in executive coaching through American University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program and a Myers & Briggs (MBTI) Certified Practitioner, I specialize in one-on-one executive coaching in the following areas: • CEO Coaching/On-Boarding - Perform on-boarding services for CEO’s taking the helm of their organizations for the first time, new to the organization, and/or looking to achieve a significant cultural change. • Senior Executive Coaching and Leadership Development – Work with senior executives in new or more complex roles to get them up the “leadership learning curve”. • Management/Board of Directors Effectiveness – I help executive teams seeking to improve the effectiveness of their board of directors.
