Key Job Capability: Manage and support software products marketing functions in solutions area-Perform market intelligence analysis, competitors’ products comparison & new products evaluation-Design products launch plan, determining products positioning, value propositions offerings & packages in collaboration with direct superior-Manage product lifecycle logistics in collaboration with back office departments-Prepare, monitor & interpret business performance reports-Creation of customer case studies; to be subject matter expert of assigned products and hence provide advises of their selling points to front line salespeople-Working with marcom and sales teams to develop lead generation programs. Other Job Capability-Partner with sales team and provide pre-sales consultancy services to corporate customers -Responsible in handling solution design, pilot demo, scope negotiation, implementation planning, solution deployment, customized training and change management -Monitor project progress, diagnose and resolve problems during project implementation -Lead post-sales team to complete assigned projects in a quality manner in the implementation stages -Oversee and manage all project activities and well control project activities -To manage the entire life cycle including development and deployment of marketing programs, product positioning, negotiation of pricing programs, P&L analysis and etc-To develop business models and implement go-to-market plans as well as exploring potential partner relationships -To support the field sales team in customer cases including pitching and proposal development -To conduct market research & existing / potential client site visit for continuous product improvements
