My role as Director of Compliance allows me to draw on my career experience in risk management, project management, information management, policy development, business operations, facilities management, business continuity, pandemic planning and incident response. Top compliance achievements have been leading the Collabware team to successfully achieving and maintaining FedRAMP Authorization and consistently achieving SOC2 Type II compliance since starting in this role in 2020. The key to success has always been clear communication, collaborative planning and solid organizational skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with all customers, both internal and external, to achieve positive results in every engagement. I always welcome a challenged and I am very thankful to the managers who let me run with an idea and in exchange were rewarded by the success. It always helps to have a good sense of humour.
