About Douglas Drucker

I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Mannheim Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Technical University of Munich. I am currently a Risk Controller at Johnson & Johnson, where I identify, assess, and analyse the financial risks faced by the company and design and implement risk management strategies and measures. My core competencies include risk management, risk reduction, and risk reporting.In my role as a Risk Controller, I work with various stakeholders across the company, such as finance, treasury, legal, and business units, to ensure that the company's financial risk exposure is kept under control and aligned with its financial objectives. I also manage and monitor the financial instruments used by the company, such as derivatives and foreign exchange contracts, to reduce the impact of financial market volatility. I contribute to the company's capital flow management by ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet contingencies. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity of managing financial risks in a dynamic and complex environment, and I aim to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
