About Douglas Eubanks

My career has progressed from Project Manager to Program Manager, to Consulting Practice executive to industrial company CIO, to Business Owner, to Chief Operations Officer, I learned first-hand the value of cash flow and operational accountability. Technology is an underpinning to that accountability and is an essential part of a healthy company. This experience has really given me an understanding of the need for cash flow and financial returns. I am now pleased to be able to 'Pay it Forward', the knowledge gained from operations and technology in order to mentor my teams toward profitable businesses with happy customers. Building and motivating highly productive teams through the project life cycle and developing easily scalable infrastructures to accommodate rapid growth, are important goals of mine. I achieve performance excellence by implementing best practices, empowering others and creating a shared sense of focus and dedication. Having worked and lived internationally, I have experience in different cultures and a successful record of blending teams of different backgrounds.
