Currently the Chief Experience Officer at Advance Funds Network, I have never been more proud to be part of such a dedicated team of passionate and caring individuals who focus on providing the best service & solutions for business owners across North America. My responsibility is for the overall architecture and systems of our firm and the strategic direction of our company’s pursuits. Developing and executing our long-term vision that aligns with our core values is an ever-challenging full-time job. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in my career here is staying flexible and adaptable in the face of adversity and the diversity of our workforce. This transformation happened for our company (and me personally) when during lockdowns we were not allowed to work in the office. It forced us to think differently about how we work and communicate and irrevocably altered the way we conduct ourselves from in-person to nearly an entirely remote workforce. Change comes with its own growing pains and we strongly believe in the power of collaboration, by truly listening to our clients & team members’ diverse perspectives, which in turn ended up adding multiples to our bottom line productivity. I believe that when we empower our employees in this way they grow and develop in wonderful ways that benefit all. It’s rewarding to see how the combination of our team’s vision and our company’s core values have transformed us all, from our families to our local communities to eventually the betterment of the world.
