Teaching & Coaching: Taught 1,500+ students in Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Communication Theory, and Workplace Communication. Coached Casper College Forensics to national finals and multiple gold medals. Leadership & Systems: Built structures that expanded access, improved consistency, and fostered collaboration in competitive programs. Experienced in faculty governance, policy reform, and national organizational leadership. Conflict Mediation & Management: Certified in conflict mediation with a strong foundation in helping individuals and groups navigate differences productively. Skilled at facilitating dialogue, de-escalating tension, and finding constructive solutions that preserve relationships and move work forward.
