I’m a passionate and versatile Lead UX/UI Product Designer with 20+ years of experience across UX, UI, and Interaction Design. I’ve designed end to end for everything from AI-driven platforms and mobile apps to large-scale SaaS and web products, including several 0→1 journeys where I shaped ideas into fully launched solutions. Recently, my focus has been on Generative AI and LLM-powered experiences, crafting intuitive interfaces and conversational flows that make AI feel seamless and genuinely useful. I’ve had the opportunity to design across software, telecom, fintech, and technology industries, always with a strong emphasis on user centred design. My approach is about solving real problems, simplifying complexity, and creating products people love to use. I also bring solid expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem, most recently leading design for an AI-powered support assistant, ensuring consistency, usability, and scalability in enterprise workflows. Collaboration is at the heart of how I work. I thrive in agile, cross functional teams, but I’m equally confident working independently or leading design direction. I believe great design comes from empathising with users while aligning closely with business goals, and I enjoy turning research and feedback into thoughtful solutions that drive measurable impact. Curious by nature, I’m always learning, exploring, and pushing design to deliver real value.
