I also have a depth of knowledge and practical experience to apply to your toughest line-to-load energy transmission, conversion and utilization equipment concerns. This includes: 36 years experience in noise and vibration 36 years experience in machinery health and condition monitoring 36 years experience in electric motor application and repair 25 years experience in steel and foundries 25 years experience in infrared thermography 23 years experience in motor circuit analysis (MCA) 22 years as an independent business owner 25 years experience as a consultant 16 years experience in ultrasonic testing 13 years experience with submarines 5 years experience as a manager 8 years experience in GMP and clean room environments. I provide engineering services to owners and operators of rotating equipment concerned with reliability and efficient utilization of equipment and power. I work with electric motor troubleshooting and repair including specification development and electric motor repair shop qualification audits. These activities help my clients avoid sending motors to unqualified shops only to find out that the work was sub-standard when they pull the motor off of the shelf 3 years later. I also develop and implement condition monitoring programs by integrating technologies such as vibration, infrared, motor testing and ultrasonics into CMMS and facility culture.
