Hello all, My name’s Doug, and I am a bachelors degree recipient from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey. I received my degree in 2021 with a concentration in business management; it was through my education where I gained a passion for understanding macroeconomics, the financial markets, and proactive business practices that can result in successful operating conditions. My degree, which consisted of predominantly classes in economics, finance, and business management, has helped develop my understanding to the profound number of ways people are impacted by financial literacy, and how to assess tackling challenges with the end goal of promoting a healthy, viable financial future. Working as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo and assisting clients achieve their financial goals through personalized solutions, has afforded me a platform to provide tailored knowledge and careful insight with intent to bettering people's monetary lives. It is with this foundation of applicable skills and education, coupled by an eagerness to learn and willingness to take on added responsibility, that I have embarked upon branch management. In this role, with a clear vision to grow the business through relationship building amongst both new and existing clients, resulting in branch profitability, I seek to accelerate the careers of staff by investing into their continued development.
