Utilize Sales Support Associates, and Sales Associate as appropriate, to support sales efforts including qualifying prospective customers’ needs, as well as for administrative support and customer service. Verify accuracy of all paperwork that is turned in to eliminate errors that impact the customers and the company. Maintain knowledge of the steel industry based on information disseminated internally in order to provide the highest level of service to customers and prospects.
