I am a passionate, customer focused and data driven product leader who loves solving problems - the bigger the better. I consider my biggest accomplishments to be:* Successful ground-up design, development and implementation of a headless, omni-channel B2C unified commerce platform, running over $100 million of revenue annually.* Implementing an SEO product that diversified the channel mix, seeing organic traffic became the highest revenue channel.* Successfully stepping into the role as a manager with two direct reports, while also running a team of 11 developers from multiple countries.* Creating company wide metrics which drove a reduction in cancellations by 15%.* Actively working with the B2B and B2C channels to optimise where our content teams were targeting, which resulted in 50% QoQ growth in new markets.* Integrating a new international payment system, which resulted in the reduction of labour hours from 7 days to 4 hours when actioning EoM invoicing and payments as well as minimising transaction fees by working in local currencies. These accomplishments can be attributed to my belief that the key to success is through rapid experimentation and agile ways of working. I lean on design thinking principles learned throughout my industrial design degree and on the job training; working consistently to develop my organisation’s way of working and my own personal skill set.
