More recently he has specialised in facilitating lending in respect to Divorce litigation costs and fees particularly in connection with high value divorce cases through Jigsaw Lending ltd - a vehicle specifically created for the purpose Set up Bank of Scotland's 1st ever Private Banking operation. Skilled in a number of disciplines including Strategic overview of businesses including Implementation and Operational management. Strong relationship management skills including business development and transactional structuring ( specialising in lending ) and introducing clients to a network of 3rd parties to maximise potential. Strong Experience and exposure to Corporate Governance and Risk and asset management. Douglas believes passionately in building long terms relationships with clients and taking time to understand their business rationale and requirements.
