Personally. Passionate about constructively helping others. From helping to raise funds for several local and regional veteran/animal/community needs, numerous other acts of giving back to our communities throughout each year through Rotary and other community giving organizations. To my lovely wife of 31+ years and I using our personal computers idle times to find cures for projects ranging from Alzheimer's, discovering pulsars, helping find cures for multiple types of cancers/diseases to even find new planets. Professionally. 20+ years in the industry. Driven to help our clients, be aware that our risks and surrounding environments rapidly change. It is our responsibility to know about these changes the best we can. Having gone through several personal losses, I have seen firsthand how insurance works for us and even against us. As a Personal Risk Specialist, I have chosen to be an advocate for every client we help. By working “With” the client, risk tolerances are found, and risk exposures are reduced or even eliminated. This allows us to create strategies that fit the needs of the client while aligning the client to the insurance carrier (Or carriers) that fit their needs the best. As a firm believer in continued education being instrumental in the process to properly guide/educate clients. My chosen path goes well beyond the required industry standards. This includes insurance carrier specific certifications to industry leading designations. The acronyms alone would fill the back of a business card. The couple that are more recent and provide a good mix of examples are: Attended by invitation the Cincinnati Insurance Private Client Group University (CPC), Certified Commercial Insurance Adviser (CCA), Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), Personal Cyber Risk Management (PCRM), and Chartered Private Risk Insurance Advisor (CPRIA), and an active member of the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA). USI is an independent insurance agency built on a relationship focused business model through a truly wholistic approach. One of our tools to do this with is called the Navigator. This is a proprietary platform integrating analytics, networked resources and strategic planning to deliver highly customized solutions with economic impact. I am focused on delivering actionable, measurable risk solutions that protect income and wealth, enhance coverage, control costs and provide more efficient investment of premium dollars.
