Doug is a Wall Twp native and life long resident of the New Jersey Shore. After earning a B.S. degree and serving as a school teacher/coach, he continues to be active in the community, devoting time and helping many non profit organizations. These include the Manasquan Elks (handicapped children & veterans), Monmouth/Ocean Foodbank, Madonna house, Interfaith Neighbors, Dottie's House, MS, Breast Cancer, Clean Ocean Action. Locally, Doug served on the South Monmouth Board of Realtors Board of Directors from 2005 and was the 2014 President. Here, he was the Chairman of the Jim Hoag Scholarship and served on the Executive, Nominating and Welcome Wagon committees. He also, served on the New Jersey Association of Realtors Board of Directors from 2008-2014. Doug traveled to Trenton, NJ and Washington D.C. multiple times to fight for home ownership rights. As a dedicated professional, he recognizes the value of continuing education. Doug has earned four Realtor designations. These designations are education and performance based. They include the Accredited Buyer Representative(ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist(SRES), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist(CLHMS) and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX). Earning these designations allows him to continue to elevate his level of performance and better serve the needs of his clients. Doug has been successfully selling real estate in Monmouth and Ocean counties since 1992 and is now a member of the Quarter Century Club. He has sold everything from condos to ocean fronts.
