I have worked with quality management and ISO 9001, supporting project and process specifications, procedures and internal and external quality parameters for suppliers. I have worked in metallurgical failure mode and cause analysis in customer parts returns. I have had experience with international research in a Brazil-Germany partnership that has given me a broad world view and respect for different cultures. I have a committed and goal-oriented personal and professional profile, with common sense, ethics and leadership as precepts. I am able to solve problems through technical and logical methodology, aiming at optimization and valorization of resources in favor of the best cost/benefit result, with the principles of Lean Thinking applied.
