By managing a portfolio of technical products; software applications (both on-premise and SaaS), automation hardware products and a host of service offerings, I guide our team of experts to deliver productivity, security and profitability improvements to our customers.My fundamental approach to product development is to translate user needs into easy-to-understand product solutions that increase productivity, lower costs and increase revenues. In today’s "app" based world, full of sound bites and technical gadgetry, users still crave broader solutions that reach beyond technical "appetizers". In my personal time, I enjoy working with my hands, imagining, designing, creating and shaping custom wood furniture. Traveling abroad, soaking up rich cultural diversity, customs, local hospitality and cuisine, broadens my experiences and provides valuable insights that carry through to my professional life.
