About Douglas Snow

I have spent the last 14 years of my life working with telecommunication in some way shape or form. I have added many skills along the way that have helped me further my careers in both my time in the Marines and at Comcast presently. Although I have worked in this field for this long, I have developed into a multi skilled leader and manager that has been apart of many diverse projects. I strive to continue to sharpen my skills as a manager to help people be the best they can be. Wherever I go, I work to be as efficient as possible for each responsibility I earn or am assigned, while maintaining a positive and hardworking attitude. I made it to an NCO quickly in the Marines, as well as beat the average by four years to prove myself worthy of a management position at the biggest cable company in the country. I never take what I have for granted because I am thankful for what each role has been able to teach and guide me. I am a passionate leader with a voice that can see and understand all sides of each scenario I encounter and will speak up when needed. One of the skills I am most proud of is my ability to follow when needed and lead when opportunity presents itself. What I mean by this is, I am team first and have the ability to improve the work place and let people strive where their strengths are, while building up their weaknesses. I believe we all have different strengths and weaknesses, professionally and personally, but it our responsibilities to fine tune each constantly to be more efficient in the workplace and in life.
