About Douglas Stein

With nearly 20 years of experience in the home services industry, I am passionate about delivering value and convenience to homeowners across the country. As the Chief Customer and Strategy Officer at Cinch Home Services, I currently lead lifecycle management, corporate strategy, and product and service solutions. Recent successes include material improvement in enterprise retention, the launch of the industry's most successful retailer program, noteworthy P&C insurance partnerships, and the ongoing expansion of the largest suite of subscription home services. Previously, as president of our real estate business (distribution through residential real estate professionals), I led the transformation from our legacy franchise operating model to an owned execution that achieved industry best growth rate and separately, industry best customer retention. Additionally, as Chief Revenue Officer, I led our multi-channel distribution model including building the largest B2B2C partnership in industry history; a multi-billion dollar outcome. During CRO tenure, doubled the revenue of our 40-year-old business. I'm an active member, and former chapter chair, of YPO Miami, and a proud alumnus of Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management where I earned my MBA. My family and I reside in South Florida.
