Additionally, he acts as a thought leader in the Emergency Responder markets, enhancing customer relationships through presentations, white papers, technical committees, and mentorship initiatives. Professional Background and Expertise Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Systems Engineering from Oakland University and a Management Certificate from Aquinas College. He began his career in electronics and control systems, holding progressive engineering roles at Hughes Aircraft Company and Northrop Grumman, including five years on the B-2 Stealth program. Subsequently, he transitioned to color science and technical engineering leadership roles at X-Rite (Danaher), where he served as Vice President of Research and Development. His extensive strategic vision and technical expertise have been instrumental in advancing SoundOff Signal’s innovation in public safety solutions by leveraging his unique background.
