I have 14 years of customer service/Retail Experience with 6 years of management training and mentoring others. 3 years of warehouse/logistics. 2 years of Multi-Store Management with a greenhouse vendor. Started and ran a property Management company with my wife for 6 years. We started with 1 property and no employees. Ended with 12 properties plus 4 contracts for investment property rehabs and 2 employees. We closed in 2020 due to COVID-19. Many good reviews from customers, coworkers and employers. My number one focus has always been to greet the customer with a smile so they leave with a smile, helping people smile and getting them what they need has always been a passion of mine. I am a people person who has always prided him self on leaving others better then I met them. Because the strength of a leader is demonstrated by the actions of his/her followers I work to develop my associates every day. Starting from the bottom and letting nothing stop me from my goals.
