About Dov Bogan

How do you define experience? Experience is a dynamic concept, impossible to quantify, as five years in one place may be equivalent to six months in another. However, diverse, multidisciplinary experience tends to bring a unique perspective enabling innovative and unconventional thinking.Over the past decade, I've embarked on a journey of continuous learning and contribution through a variety of cross-industry experiences. This journey has allowed me to assemble a unique set of skills aimed at building a unique toolbox adaptable to any industry.My time in the military taught me discipline and leadership. Teaching high school science sharpened my patience and nurturing qualities. My engineering background provided me with a technical understanding of the world and the ability to learn anything. As a Project Manager, I've successfully overseen large-scale projects, managing diverse teams with a multi-disciplinary approach. My customer-facing roles have equipped me with the insight needed for organizations to not only succeed but also surpass their targets by listening implementing and cooperation.I have spent the past years traveling the world learning different business cultures and approaches required to enter different markets. I have run channels, while equipping local managers with toolboxes to manage, monitor and support their local region. Our end goal is always the same- Growth!I cannot define a singular professional title. What I can define is a tailored plan to success, for any role. Bringing expertise in a variety of fields acquired over a long journey, creating a bridge of simplicity between the complexity of development and the demands of consumers - That is my talent.
