As health and safety regulations have continued to expand in the U.S, business owners have had to remain vigilant with employee safety and maintaining records. Throughout my career I have been involved with employee safety to some extent, be it developing safety policies, making sure employees were properly documented and tested or providing annual safety training, I am very familiar with each requirement. As manager of the oldest "Self Insured Workers Compensation Program" in Georgia and a CWCP Adjuster, I also observed worker safety from a "Post Accident" perspective. I firmly believe that a company's success can be directly related to it's employee safety record. I am very familiar with both sides of the equation.
