Here’s how Sustainix helps: Buildings, Compliance, Capital.(I call it BCC) From navigating regulations like CSRD, to identifying building improvements that increase asset value, to receiving green loans — we connect the dots so sustainability becomes not just a requirement, but a driver of real value- AI- I’m currently developing AI agents that enable boards to make faster, smarter decisions on sustainability CAPEX in real estate. With a clear understanding of how both asset managers and investors think, our aim is to close the gap of inaction and accelerate the path to net zero by 2050- Why me- This is also personal for me. I’m young enough to know I’ll be dealing with the impacts of extreme weather for decades, so I truly have my skin in the game. And my connection to sustainability goes way back — when I was 9, my mother took me on site visits to coal mines, as my family has worked in environmental management for over 35 years.
