I lead organizational transformation and outcome-driven solutions that optimize service and product performance based on organizational strengths, constraints, and customer experience (CX) needs. Over the past 25 years, I transformed organizations worldwide, building high-performance teams and award-winning service delivery models: As a consultant and coach, I have been recognized for innovation, service delivery, and leadership, including a "Lifetime Achievement Award"(2016) and “Distinguished Fellow” (2021) from Kanban University. Between 2006 and 2012, I was part of the leadership team driving an outstanding transformation of Avanade’s IT organization. In 2008, 2010, and 2012, Computerworld and CIO Magazine recognized the organization as one of the “Best Places to Work in IT.” At the time, I was leading 81 people who were providing 24/7 services for thousands of employees based in 46 offices across 23 countries. My work at Microsoft, managing software engineering processes and teams in 2005, is the genesis of the Kanban Method. Between and 2003, I was recognized as one of the best Siebel CRM consultants and trainers.
