I did my job with the highest pleasure, we created a service team throughout Romania based on trust and fairness, I had the honor and pleasure of hiring all the 22 engineers I work with, true professionals. With their help, we have serviced and maintained over 1500 medical devices. I helped to implement a system for monitoring and storing service interventions and a KPI system for customer satisfaction. As an Engineering After Sales Service Manager, I have an exceptional experience in growing and developing, myself, and my team over the years. Ensuring all engineering and operational activities, for projects all over Romania, in private and state medical sector. I have always seen important developing client’s relations, along with the Sales Team and Engineering Team, making sure there are created compiling service reports for efficient managing of the client needs. It was my role to take care of the constant growth and development of each team member, making sure that each of them follow/make the necessary trainings to become performant in their jobs. Managing and delegating team tasks, project planning, overseeing projects outcomes.
