About Dragos Prodan

As a process manager and team lead at Picnic Technologies, I ensure a smooth and efficient workflow by optimizing both the machine and human work throughout the shift. I am also responsible for leading a group of employees, understanding their situations and problems, and aiming for their well-being and performance. I have successfully handled multiple challenges and opportunities in this fast-paced and dynamic environment, such as managing a large contract, resolving customer complaints, and improving quality of service.I am also a highly motivated and hard-working computer science student at VU Amsterdam, with a keen interest in software engineering and requirements engineering. I am currently holding practical tutorials, answering student questions, and preparing class material for a Requirements Engineering course, where I apply my knowledge and skills to real-world problems and scenarios. My next big goal is to pursue a master's degree in Software Engineering at VU, where I hope to deepen my expertise and expand my network.
