About Dragos Stefan

I have gained an authorized Autodesk Instructor degree qualification in Autocad, together with a 2010 National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at Ovidius University of Constanta, Romania and in 2012 finished a Master in Mechanical Engineering. Following my studies, in 2010 I was employed at Insert, a local costal engineering survey company and further in 2011 as a survey engineer at Shark SRL to have in my attendance mobilization, commissioning, maintenance, repair, operation and deployment of survey equipment aboard hydrographic and seismic survey vessels and on the job required paperwork (Work Instructions and Procedures, RA, JSA, TBT, DPR`s). Also, on a couple of jobs I had led the Survey team as a Party Chief and compiled several interim and final reports for the client. Starting from 2016 I was sent offshore as an ROV Pilot Tech on inspection class ROV`s(Commander and Seaeye Falcon) and as an Inspection Engineer to have in the attendance the Inspections held by the Diving Team of the company, also compiled the Inspection Reports and final reports of the Diving team. With the gained experience I have the ability to manage efficiently different teams as I worked with Survey, Diving and ROV and know the operational part of the job.
