I have worked as an international finance lawyer in Bucharest for over ten years, specializing in banking law, project finance and real estate finance, acting for foreign and domestic credit institutions and syndicates of financial institutions and also for borrowers in a large panel of office, residential and commercial developments, renewable energy project financings, acquisition finance and green-field investments, general corporate purposes financings, credit restructuring exercises, insolvency related restructurings etc. I have advised on numerous project finance transactions and have provided advice on various Romanian law aspects, including on regulatory matters related to credit institutions, investment companies, funds and non-banking financial institutions.
