About Dragos Teodorescu

I am a senior manager and business development leader with almost 30 years of experience across IT, technology services, sales, operations and business transformation. I started my career from the technical side of IT, working with hardware, software, infrastructure and business-critical systems. Over time, I moved into project management, sales, business development and general management roles, learning how to connect technology with real business needs, build trust with clients, lead teams and turn strategy into execution. In the later part of my corporate career, I served as Country Manager in the IT services industry, leading teams, partnerships and business transformation in a fast-changing market. This experience gave me a practical understanding of how companies grow, how operations scale and how leadership needs to balance commercial ambition, financial discipline and people. At the beginning of 2024, I founded Clinica Synergia in Paradisul Verde, Corbeanca — an integrated recovery, nutrition and wellness clinic. Building Synergia from zero gave me a direct entrepreneurial perspective on business: positioning, marketing, sales, HR, finance, operations and customer experience. Within two and a half years, the clinic reached more than 700 patients and achieved monthly operational breakeven. Today, I am interested in management and business development roles in IT, technology-enabled services or service-based businesses, where I can combine corporate leadership with entrepreneurial execution. I bring a practical ability to build teams, open markets, improve operations, develop partnerships and transform complex ideas into sustainable business results. My core values are discipline, resilience, responsibility, continuous learning, respect for people and the determination to build things that create real value over time.
