Over 30 years of program management experience, starting with the Army Corp. of Engineers and proceeding through civilian positions where I managed both defense related and civilian programs. My military time included assignments in Corp of Engineer battalion Operations Sections and in separate company leadership roles as a platoon leader and company executive officer. As a Project Engineer/Manager, I developed the needed documentation to meet contractual requirements, such as Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), Qualification Test Procedures (QTP), and Test Data Sheets, and Status Reports, etc. I also wrote and reviewed Technical Manuals and marketing materials.I was also involved in several ERP system changes within one company, to include learning the software, checking the software processing, training others in the use of the software, and checking post conversion data integrity. Additional duties have included handling capital equipment and test equipment purchases, and heavily involved documenting processes, and creating, modifying and approving internal procedures for several companies’ ISO9001 audit and certification. Other duties have included the creation and updating of the user’s operation manuals for company product lines, and the creation of marketing materials. Developed needs and managed personnel and sub-contracts for multiple customers while supporting their technical requirements.Currently supporting large Task Order management and giving back-office support as part of the Program Management Office.
