Having started my work life in the trades, swinging hammers and busting rods, I bring a lot of practical problem-solving skills to the table. But I'm not only handy around the house. I get my grit from combining a get-it-done attitude with a fail-fast approach (iterate). I love to conquer difficult problems and bring the best out of the team. This human experience is made all the better over some long hours, team bonding, and a shared sense of purpose. I will not settle for the status quo or complacency. That hunger for the next achievement acts as a key source of inspiration. My goal in life is to inspire that same flame in others. With my purpose, values, and intentions aligned, my missions become unstoppable. A good friend once said to me,"I'm afraid of waking up when I'm old and feeling regret for all the things I did not do, or attempt to do." I share that fear, and it is a constant motivation for me.
