As a Manager of Accreditation and Technical Programs at AIHA Laboratory Accreditation Programs, LLC (AIHA LAP), I oversee the development and improvement of the organization's Data Management System, which enables online interaction and automation of accreditation processes. I have increasingly worked to incorporate AI applications into our company's workflow management. With over seven years of experience in the quality and conformance sector, I have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading and collaborating with diverse teams, and delivering quality results. I am passionate about advancing the field of laboratory accreditation and ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices. I have represented AIHA LAP's interests at various events and meetings, both domestically and internationally, and consulted on changes to accreditation policy and process matters. I also hold the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and Smartsheet Product Certified User credentials, which demonstrate my skills and knowledge in project management and data science.
