About Drasti Mody

I am an experienced finance professional with over 12 years in accounting and finance, including a 7.5-year tenure at RSM in the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) group, specializing in financial due diligence. During my time at RSM, I played a key role in establishing TAS teams in both New York and San Francisco. I worked closely with executive teams to identify business risks and opportunities, fostering strong partnerships and delivering excellence in client service. In my current role, I leverage my M&A expertise and passion for relationship-building to help private equity sponsors and portfolio companies achieve their strategic goals. I have been a dancer my entire life, and during the pandemic, I founded the Divya Drasti School of Dance to provide children and adults with a positive, creative outlet during challenging times. As a performer, I am known for my high energy and versatility across dance styles. I continue to perform throughout the Bay Area, both as a solo artist and with Ishami Dance Company in Fremont, CA.
