About Drayson Hill

I am never late. I usually show up to work 2 hours early to do homework, but also clock in early if needed. I am great at guest recovery, guest interactions and being able to hold a conversation with anyone. My team members trust me and I trust them. I am always thinking of ways to better myself, my job and most importantly, my team members. I love helping anyone that I can, whether it's for professional or personal reasons. Teaching is in my blood, the connection I am able to have with people in regards to teaching cannot be explained. I love Teaching and I love seeing that light go on when training new hires. Training is a passion of mine as well. I am always open to train anyone in any position. I love interacting with people and that one of the many reasons I love my job. I want to learn more from a place that can challenge me in ways that I haven't been challenge yet in. I love being able to say that I can do something that is new to me. I am fast at learning and fast at remembering how things are supposed to go.
