Over 25 years of experience in IT area, focused on technologies and solutions for financial industry. After founding Logos d.o.o. in 1993, one of the most successful IT company in Croatia, together with the team, developed and implemented range of innovative solutions that helped banks to meet clients’ needs, at the same time improving operational efficiency. From Computer Telephony Integration to Strong Authentication and PKI to Mobile banking and Mobile Payment – one of the first to identify and promote exciting new technologies, to develop, deliver and implement innovative solutions. Taking an active role in acquisitions of few companies, established ASEE HR as the market leader, with the biggest market share in the segment of banking and payment solutions in Croatia. Although with IT background, in the process of founding, growing and managing the company from two employees to hundreds employees; developing business from local to international; “from Zero to Zeros”; selling, acquiring and merging companies; in over then 25 years, accumulated valuable leadership and managerial experience, never losing a strong entrepreneurial attitude.
