About Dre Lofton

My life is centered around making people become the best version of themselves! Coming from such a demanding background in fine arts, more specifically dance, I learned at a young age that nothing great comes without hard work and passion behind it. Toward the halt of my dance career I found myself in many leadership roles helping and assisting dancers to become better every day. That passion for seeing greatness in others around me led me to a career in the retail management field, the thriving food and beverage/hospitality industry and aviation. Throughout the years I've held a set of certain values that hold to be effective in any working environment- Open communication is key- I run toward fires. I tackle conflicts and arising issues head on- There's no "I" in team. Divided we fall, together there's nothing a group of individuals can't conquer- Professional mentor. Instead of telling employees what to do, show them the way. There's a fine line between a leader and boss- Pioneer for Positivity. A little positive encouragement and praise goes a long way. My love for making the workforce a great place to work and the importance of having a positive work environment led me into the collegiate study of Human Resource Management. Although a far leap from the study of Dance, I'm positive I'll be able to impact so many more lives with this future endeavor. I love making new professional acquaintances.
