What’s your story? One of my most favorite questions. Allow me to share three words that describe my story—heart, hands, and strategies. The heart: I am passionate about faith (the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen). I am passionate about work. I am passionate about Faith and Work. I am a Management and Sales Consulting Professional with 10+ years of experience across public and private sectors. My work has supported cities, companies, executives, and teams by building programs and solutions from the ground up. Established processes have impacted people across diverse ages, geographies, skillsets, and technology platforms. The hands: I serve my clients and executives by cultivating trust and relationships. My first questions that I ask is: how can I help? What challenges are you facing? How might we solve them together? The strategies: One of my top three Gallup strengths is "strategic." In business, I help navigate diverse terrains strategically (always keeping the bigger picture in mind). I am skilled in business strategy, sales consulting & coaching, design thinking, storytelling, culture transformation, leadership development, organizational change management, digital & adaptive learning, curriculum design & planning, and executive engagement.
