I have a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware, which helps me understand the needs and motivations of both candidates and clients. My mission is to find and retain top talent that changes lives and delivers high-quality home health care services. I use multiple sourcing and social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder, and Zip Recruiter, to build and maintain passive candidate pipelines for designated service territories. I also ensure that all phases of the recruitment life cycle are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and executed.
