I turn educators and leaders at all levels into conscious creators and leaders. the types of leaders and creators who are willing to become more effective in facilitating learning, improving technology use for application of learning, and strengthening management of schools and systems, while ensuring learners of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds are equipped for success. During this educational crisis you want to work with someone who has/is- a deep conviction for the significance and nuances of education, and recognizes individualized learning plans to be the anchor for driving towards exceptional outcomes for students- a sincere desire to talk about the ins and out of the complex needs of our exceptional learners with anyone and everyone, while demystifying this complex system for someone new to the field- driven by a mission to disrupt barriers facing historically disadvantaged students - a growth mindset and recognizes the value of relationships in supporting professional growthWell look no further, I do the work I do, every day, with a deep conviction to address the systemic educational barriers that many disenfranchised students in our cities have faced since they entered the educational system. As a conscious leader or educator we know that part of these existing barriers are due to a lack of comprehensive coaching and support for educators and leaders.It is time to work with someone who is passionate for ensuring that all exceptional learners receive the best opportunities and be equipped with the necessary skills required to thrive in an exceedingly demanding world.
