About Drew Avery

I work as a data analyst at Birge and Held where I develop and design Power BI reports, dashboards and data applications to empower my colleagues with premium business intelligence solutions. As a corporate shared service, the data architecture and business intelligence team deliver actionable insights to all internal verticals and our external investors. In close partnership with our executive leadership and steering committees within Birge & Held, I help transform data into recommendations that standardize, centralize and optimize strategy – keeping us competitive in a rapidly transforming housing market. I also lead data literacy training with our corporate and operations teams, in turn leveraging end user feedback captured in these exchanges to drive adoption and continually enhance our analytics solutions so we can better tell the story of what’s happening at Birge & Held.
