I'm grateful for an incredible life full of diverse experiences and opportunities! Starting with international travel, speaking, and ministering to those in need in my early 20's, and then moving to labour and machinery operation in Southern Alberta's agriculture business. Eventually finding myself in the automotive sales because I love cars and I love people. This was the start of a scrappy progression up the ladder to the management team running the dealers Media and Marketing program which was a foundation that allowed me to transfer to the oil and gas Industry with Enerflex in 2014. Here, I have worked in a range of roles including Technical new package Applications, Field service sales, Engineered Power Generation Equipment sales to now managing our aftermarket service sales team, holding key account relationships, and negotiating multi year service agreements James Allen says that "You will become as small as your controlling desire - or as great as your dominant Aspiration"- I Aspire to help as many as I can through Relationship Based Leadership!
